For more than 15 years, Carolina Health Centers (CHC) has proudly served the citizens of Laurens County with high-quality, affordable healthcare. This year marks an exciting milestone as CHC opens a new location that brings together HomeTown Pediatrics and its first Carolina Community Pharmacy in Laurens under one roof, strengthening access to comprehensive care for local families. With fifteen locations throughout the Lakelands and three of those in Laurens County, CHC continues to make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of the community.

CHC's Family Medicine practice, Laurens County Community Care Center (LC4), offers a wide range of services beyond primary care, including Behavioral Health Counseling, Chronic Care Management, HIV and Hepatitis C services, PrEP, and other preventative health programs.

HomeTown Pediatrics provides specialized care for children and families while also housing Early Childhood Services and Behavioral Health Counseling. Families have access to evidence-based programs such as Nurse-Family Partnership, Healthy Families America, HealthySteps, Reach Out and Read, and Parents as Teachers, all offered at no cost to eligible patients.

Lakelands Family Practice & Pediatrics Center offers all of these services in one location at the edge of Laurens County near Lake Greenwood in Waterloo.
