Medically Focused CTH-2 House Manager

Responsibilities: Under the general direction of the Residential Director, the House Manager is responsible for the consumers, the staff, and the home. The House Manager will provide the necessary support for the consumers, to include health and safety, the implementation and monitoring of support plans, and daily training and documentation. The House Manager will manage direct support staff, staff schedules, staff training, grocery shopping, medical appointments, budgets, and maintenance needs.

Requirements: High School diploma and two years’ experience in the field of developmental disabilities, or an associate’s degree and one year of experience in the human services field, or a bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field.

Experience: Should include management/supervision and at least one year of medical experience.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, primarily on the 1st shift, with 24-hour on-call responsibility. Hours may be flexed as needed to accomplish job responsibilities.

Annual Salary: $44,089.34
