Learn practical self-defense techniques\, situational awareness\, and confidence-building strategies from James Fulmer\, a third-degree black belt with more than 24 years of martial arts experience. This hands-on session will be hosted by The Forge Fitness Academy on Tuesday\, August 11\, from 3:00–5:00 PM. Registration is required\, and the cost is $5 per person.\n\nAs part of our Networking with a Purpose initiative\, attendees are encouraged to bring donations to support the Laurens County Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit. Each Women at Work event partners with a local organization to help raise awareness and give back to those making a difference in our community.
